What are the new earnings limits for beneficiaries under the Full Retirement Age (FRA)?

In 2025, beneficiaries who have not yet reached their FRA can earn up to $23,400 annually without affecting their Social Security benefits. Earnings above this threshold will result in a $1 reduction in benefits for every $2 earned over the limit. In the year you reach FRA, a higher limit applies, and the reduction is $1 for every $3 earned over the limit
