California Disability Advocates (CDA) is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is an in-office position located in Encino.


For over 30 years, our family-run firm has proudly supported individuals and families through the Social Security Disability process with compassion, integrity, and proven results. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to helping others.


Position Details:

📍 Location: 16633 Ventura Blvd, Encino, CA (in-office)

🕒 Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

💲 Competitive hourly pay


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and assist clients with professionalism and care
  • Scan, organize, and manage documents and medical records
  • Maintain case files and support office workflow
  • Provide general administrative support to our team


We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and office systems
  • Friendly, patient, and compassionate with clients
  • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn


Preferred (but not required):

  • Spanish-speaking
  • Experience in a medical or legal office setting
