Recently Supreme Court has passed a judgement regarding victims of accidents / assaults etc. It said that anyone helping the vicitm is responsible only till he / she (have to be politically correct) delivers the vicitm to nearest hospital. After that it is the hospitals duty to give first aid, stabalize the victim and inform police for further legalities.
I am quite glad that finally people who are vicitms will be given the essential medical aid in good time. This can make a difference between life or death ! Afterall, first aid needs to be given FIRST.
Hope that more and more people will come forward to help victims of accidents without fearing the police and other harrassment.
